- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The level of service within this branch has fallen dramatically in recent weeks. The staff are unfriendly, abrupt and downright rude. When visiting the branch you can expect to wait while conversation regarding the latest weather or gossip goes on. There is no continuity of service. I called in to the branch to collect my prescriptions only to be told my insulin was out of stock. No warning, no explanation, no suggestions about resolving the matter or suitable alternatives. Simply " it's out of stock at the supplier". The female pharmacist suggested no solutions or ways around this problem. She couldn't even be bothered coming out from behind her counter to talk to me. Lloyds has numerous shops all over and in fact another branch 5 mins away, yet the pharmacist hadn't even bothered checking with them to see if they had my insulin available. I suggested she check other branches only to find my insulin was available at the nearby branch. Wouldn't you expect this to be checked as a matter of routine ?? Where is the care?
